I think they were positioning Ohio State at #1 just in case Bama got in as the #4....In the final poll they were able to return LSU to #1. They didn't want LSU/Bama in the opening game in Atlanta...

Cincinnati got manhandled against Memphis and they drop 1 spot? There’s no consistency with this group of dipshits.

Hell for all we know Florida may be the 3rd best team in the country.

Uuuum I didn’t realize this was in doubt. To question whether or not the commitee rigged this thing is to doubt that gerrymandering ever happened in politics

If you think their love for osu and the big-10 is real (and I agree), can we talk about notre dame?

Not sure if this is the case or not, but 10-2 Penn St is ranked 10, they play OSU. Minnesota, who is also 10-2 and beat Penn St is ranked 18.

Yeah if they supposedly make these things from scratch every week, how in the hell is 10-2 Minnesota 8 spots under 10-2 Penn St who they beat?

Ohio State, USC, Oregon, Oklahoma and Texas have always been rated/ranked higher then they should be every year - this is really nothing new. the only times they take hits are when they lose - and they cannot be protected. this has been all the way back to the BCS days - USC could have lost 2 games the year before, looked like hot garbage - yet still start the season int he top 5.

The real question is why can’t college football And the NCAA get this thing right. One system after another is constantly in question. Should they add more games & create a playoff system similar to the NFL?

Where was this rigged committee last year? Ohio State was a 1 loss, conference champion that was sixth after the final week’s rankings.

They lost to Purdue. Nobody can protect you, or pump you up when you do that.

Well (1) Bama (2) Clemson, and (3) ND were undefeated. (4) UGA's one loss was to (10) LSU and (5) Oklahoma's one loss was to (14) Texas, who had 3 losses by a combined 9 points. (6) Ohio St's one loss was to a 6-6 Purdue by 29 points. Bro, there is no way to spin that.

The CFP Committee may not be the best thing for College Football if it's going to be this bias and one sided? Just saying, IMO.

Everyone agrees that Michigan has sucked all season long, until they lose by 30. Then they don't suck.
