Security Takes Fan's Houston ‘Asterisks’ Sign At Astros Spring Training Game
© Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports
Sign stealing. This is for most certain going to be the first of many signs taken from fans showing up to Houston Astros looking to troll the team with a sign. On Saturday, this dude showed up to the Astros Spring Training game with this rather lame sign...

And security wasn't having it...

This will be fun to watch all season.

After getting caught stealing signs the first thing they do is steal this guys' sign.

Why is tie a big deal? The Dodgers stadium staff took my son’s sign at Game 6 of the World Series in 2017. He was 8 at the time and the sign merely said “Springer Dinger”. After that, I did some research and come to find out most ballparks do not allow signs. It’s just that teams selectively enforce the policy. But here we are making news about and and purposely trying to find another new reason to be pissed about something. You got your shitty sign taken away? Boo fricking hoo.

I’d fight back, absolutely 0 reason to take his sign unless he was using it to mess with fans or something. Harmless, if the MLB does this all year it would be an absolute joke.

Maybe they were upset about his improper apostrophe usage. A line must be drawn somewhere, after all.

This is nothing the Astros don't deserve and I hope they get it for 162 games straight. Hell I hope they open up in a place with fans like Philly or NY. Frick them.

Yeah, because no one has ever stolen another team’s signs. It’s only been done since the game was invented. Hell, we did it in high school. Lol.
