Who is Fields y'all keep saying needs to rush the passer? I'm wracking my brain and don't recall a Fields. There is not one on the roster either. Please refresh my memory...I ain't up to rewatching the game yet.

LOL did anyone watch 2022 Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas AM? Daniels is exactly who those of us who understand football thought he was. He's a mediocre to above average Pac-12 QB trying to play in the SEC.

They need to spread the field on every down to open up the running lanes. Those bs calls and formations inside the 5 Sunday night was very Les Miles. Kelly is a better coach than Miles and should have known better.

Also, can someone name a successful NFL QB Kelly developed at Notre Dame?

You're definitely not the team you need to be at Defensive Backs. For whatever reason, you don't have the guys or the coaching. LSU has evaporated in QTR 4 in two big games under CBK.

Well, we got no OL, so not all his fault. I was expecting to see Heard come in and a reshuffling and then some serious pancaking going on on that right side after half.

The two changes that need to be made most of all are:
1) Put fields back to rushing the passer (pass coverage is not his forte)
2) Daniels is best when he runs the ball. He is now setting in the pocket to long. Our O-line is not good enough to hold quality D-lines that long)

Change those two things and this team will win!!

O-line was very disappointing, they can not run block at all.

Yep!!! agreed House was out coached, FS knew what he was doing on almost every play. Once they figured out Fields was not rushing they picked us apart.

Also, everyone needs to stop with the LSU has elite receivers. As a receiver your first job is to catch the damn football, nothing else matters if you can't catch.

Where was DBU? Did they miss the flight to Orlando? Never seen a team choke like the porus LSU defense in the 2nd half. Those guys need to be "coached", not just talked to. No wonder QB JD looked so good in practice.

It was quite clear that LSU had issues at CB. If Denver Harris would pull his head outta his arse & worry more about football than looking cool & being a thug LSU wld be in a much better position at CB.
