LSU baseball coach Jay Johnson landed a commitment from 2025 infielder Quentin Young, hailing from Camarillo, California.

The 6-5, 215-pound shortstop is LSU's 13th commitment for the class of 2025.

You’ll probably be correct, but w/NIL, there’s always a chance these days. I’m sure some people posted MLB lock for Crews as well and that ended up working out for all involved. Hopefully this will go the same way.

Let's see. Ten million US$ and then 2-4 years riding buses to small towns and small venues to hope to get to the show. Versus NIL supplying a great car, plenty spending money, and money in the bank along with the adulation of lots of beautiful college girls while moving toward/getting a college degree, and gaining additional skills & experience toward the show and traveling/living first class for a 18 y.o. I think Jay has a real chance to pull this off! GeauxTigers
