Former LSU and current Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Russell Shepard had a great game during Monday Night Football by leading the team in receiving with two receptions for 44 yards and this 22-yard touchdown.

Definition of hardworking right there. Guy was just an athlete at LSU. Through grit and determination, and that alone, has he made it to the NFL.

The Bucs should put a couple of gadget plays in for the season and let Russell Shepard throw the ball. Even if he attempts 1 or 2 passes during the season it will be more than he ever threw during his time at LSU.
