The LSU Tigers (1-0) moved up one spot to No. 12 in the AP Poll and remain at No. 12 in the Coaches Poll, which were both released on Tuesday afternoon.

LSU beat BYU (1-1) 27-0 in week 1 and will face Chattanooga (0-1) on Saturday night in Tiger Stadium.

#3 FSU loses to #1 and drops 6 spots. #1 Alabama loses (insert year) to (insert # of opponent) drops to #2. Makes sense.

To be fair, FSU looked as bad as Bama looked good. Really sloppy and poor execution.

If Francois doesn't get hurt, then they only drop a few spots. His injury cost them another 2 or 3 spots for certain.

Not really any room for advancement until the Florida game, unless teams ahead of us lose. Irrelevant, since we play murderers row the back half of the schedule every year. Survival is all that matters, as this poll is meaningless. The CFP is what we're interested in! Still, this gives the team a little motivation and us fans something to talk about.
