Ross Dellenger with The Advocate reports that LSU freshman cornerback Kevin Toliver will miss spring practice as he recovers from a shoulder procedure.

Toliver, a highly rated freshman last year who started eight games, underwent a procedure to “clean up” his shoulder area. He was seen on campus in an arm sling. Miles said the injury is not serious, and Toliver will return for summer workouts.
Offensive lineman Ethan Pocic, who will be a senior next year, will also miss spring practice as he recovers from hip surgery. Sophomore Andy Dodd will replace Pocic which will allow for Dodd to get some important reps at the center position.

“Getting some comfort with the center-QB exchange with another guy is great,” Miles said.
It remains unclear as to when Pocic will be able to return to play.

Coach Les Miles also said that sophomore quarterback Brandon Harris should be fully recovered from sports hernia surgery by the time spring practice starts.

Hope this doesn't affect Pocic's move to LT. Guy is really good at C, but he's wasting away as he has it in him to be a dominant LT.
