LSU Sports - Chris Parent (@chrisparent)
LSU starting defensive end Rashard Lawrence and starting nose tackle Breiden Fehoko were both absent from practice on Monday, according to NOLA.com:

Two-thirds of the LSU starting line was absent from Monday's practice.

Breidon Fehoko and Rashard Lawrence both were not out on the field while media watched. Lawrence missed a few days last week and scrimmaged some Saturday, but LSU is being careful with him.

Orgeron said Saturday the team is bringing Fehoko along slowly with a leg injury.
The Advocate is reporting that defensive end Justin Thomas was also not spotted at practice on Monday.

Good move by Coach O! The less the media and our opponents know about our team the better. Chess Masters gonna Chess Master.

I bet they were in class or meeting with their advisor and tutors since it was first day of school....the over reaction by media. SMH If you have a lab or specialized class, your first class meeting may not be standard class times.

How much you want to get that these two are right back out there tomorrow. Same thing happened when someone said Fehoko was wearing some kind of brace. It's pretty funny sitting back watching everyone go nuts.

This is the exact reason Les Miles didn't let you morons in the stadium to watch practices. If I were O, I would kick you all out as well. People have things come up, people have to go to the Dr. people have to take care of their families business. Lots of different things happen. Just bc a player misses one day of practice doesn't mean it's a bad deal or a negetive outcome. I swear everything is negetive with these media idiots.
