Tim Tebow joined ESPN's First Take on Friday morning and was asked about LSU's chances against No. 1 Alabama on November 9th in Tuscaloosa.
quote:On his Top 4 teams that he would put in the playoff right now:
"I'll tell you what, they can give Alabama a threat and the No. 1 reason is Joe Burrow," Tebow said.
"When you look at history, the ten or so years when Alabama has struggled it's been against a quarterback that played great against them. Whether that was Cam Newton, Chad Kelly, Bo Wallace, and Trevor Lawerence last year. The time Alabama has been upset it been done because a quarterback has stepped up and had a fantastic game. And so far Joe Burrow has been unbelievable this year."
"I'm so excited to see LSU and Joe Burrow take on this Alabama team because that is going to be two big-time quarterback going head to head."
quote:On his Heisman pick right now:
"Today I would go No. 1 Alabama, No. 2 LSU, No. 3 Ohio State, No. 4 Oklahoma, and Clemson just out at No. 5."

"Right now it's Joe Burrow," Tebow said. "I don't think he's going to win it the second week of December but right now he has to two biggest wins of any quarterback. He went to Austin and he beat Texas. And he didn't just play ok, he played great.
"And again last Saturday night, against Florida... a defense that everyone was hyping up, he carved them up for four quarters."
"He's had the two biggest games in college football and he's been consistent all year. If I had to win today, Joe wins it. But I do think theres a lot that will happen."
