Edward Aschoff with ESPN thinks that former LSU defensive end Danielle Hunter is going to a be potential sleeper in his "SEC Draft Projections" article.

Danielle Hunter, DE, LSU, Jr.: Draft Grade: 74

OK, so he was supposed to be the next big thing in 2014, but he didn't exactly live up to all the hype. Hunter finished the season with 73 tackles, including 13 for loss and 1.5 sacks, but when we looked at the physical freak before the season, we just expected more. Still, NFL teams shouldn't fret. While he might not have blown anyone away with his stats last season, Hunter has all the measurables and potential to be a steal in this year's draft. He has an absolutely shredded physique and tremendous on-the-ball speed. He's like a freight train chugging off the line, has great length, is incredibly athletic and is imposing setting the edge, and his past coaches rave about his thirst to learn. He hasn't had major injuries and would be perfect in a 4-3 scheme at the next level. Hunter had seven solo tackles against Auburn last season ... as a defensive lineman. Just look at this video of the 6-foot-5, 252-pound freak keeping his energy through the entire play and getting the sack. No wonder Tim Tebow named him a freak of the week.

Hunter should have stayed another season to increase his draft stock.
