Report: NCAA To Allow Voluntary Football Activities To Start June 1st
by TD Staff ReporterMay 20, 2020

Chris Parent (@chrisparent) - LSU Athletics
The NCAA has voted to approve voluntary athletic activities in Football, Men's Basketball and Women's Basketball to start June 1st and go through June 30th, according to Pete Thamel with Yahoo Sports.
quote:
An NCAA vote Wednesday cleared the return of student-athletes to campus in football, men’s basketball and women’s basketball on June 1 through June 30, multiple sources told Yahoo Sports. This decision ends a moratorium on all athletic activities through May 31.
This doesn’t necessarily mean a rush back to campus for those three sports, as those decisions will be made in concert with state government, local government, conference and university officials.
But the vote on Wednesday afternoon by the NCAA Division I Council marks a significant step – both symbolically and in process – for the possibility of college football and other sports returning in the fall.

Unless there is a major setback, college football will return this fall as scheduled. What I would like to see the NCAA do is allow 10 days of organized practice in June to replace the lost spring practices. June would be great because it still allows for voluntary workouts in July

NCAA can’t “allow” shite anymore. They’re done in 3 years once the power 4 (no pac) form their own association.
