yet, LSU is struggling to find ways to get fans into Tiger stadium. Neutral site games are not helping.

why can't it be the chick fil a kickoff game from Tiger Stadium, and then the Chick fil a kickoff game from whatever FSU calls their boring arse brick stadium? Why does it have to be the chick fil a kickoff game from Reliant Stadium to generate tv/ad money?

I thought they were worried about attendance at home games? Wouldn't scheduling this as a home and home help to remedy that???

What the hell!? Are our voices just not heard or what? We don't want neutral site games! Catch a hint athletic department! What else can we do besides holding signs and protesting it outside of Tiger Stadium for them to understand we want our traditional college football back? Guess they don't care about their fans.. ??

I like the two teams no doubt, but I don't seem to be alone on not wanting the neutral site games. See comments below.

No marquise school is going to want to play a road non-conference game. Moving forward, if fans want top OOC opponents, they'd better warm up to neutral site games. Otherwise the complaints will be about the lack of strength of competition. Think second-tier Sun Belt and American Conference schools...

Ready for some home and home series. Missing good college game experiences at other schools stadiums.

Alleva didn't have the chest to schedule it as a home-and-home

This is why a gave up 2 tickets this year. Neutral sites suck.

Game day for VTech at tiger stadium was amazing - I have no idea why they wouldnt want to try and do that every year. Sure it was hot as hell that day, but the people survived.

even with 1 in NO, neutral games suck

Looking forward to the match up. Hate we don't have the "home and home" format. You'd love Doak Campbell. Great game day experience. Never been to Tiger Stadium.

New Orleans is great, but the Superdome sucks when it comes to watching a game live. The public address announcer's constant echo and no matter where you sit in the dome, you are a mile from field. It also holds about 30,000 less than Tiger Stadium.

Like most LSU Alumni, I live in the Houston area, and I love neutral site games. Hey LSU BR fans, you get four SEC home games (save for a hurricane in Gaines). Enjoy!

Houston is close to BR. Higher season ticket prices and less home games are not good for anyone no matter where you live.

shite on neutral site games.

frick THESE NEUTRAL SITE GAMES! LSU season tickets aren't selling out anymore and they're having to lower prices for some seats and parking passes because demand is lower. So Alleva's solution is to schedule another 2 game series against an opponent that would rival the Bama game in regards to gameday atmosphere on campus...but neither of the 2 games will be played on campus. Can't wait until Alleva is gone and we get an AD who can bring the excitement back

UGA/ND, Oklahoma/Ohio St, Clemson/Auburn, all played home/home games last year, so this is not impossible. What's the hangup with us never playing a decent team home/home?

Those are neutral sites?

If it's not on campus, it's a neutral site.

Georgia Notre Dame last year was no problem...not sure why this crap keeps happening. Need to sell the school to outsiders and these types of games are great for that but they don't happen that much anymore. What a waste. I do like playing FSU though.

I hope Brett does some in-depth research on LSU's coaching staff.
