All the NCAA has to do is suspend NIL eligibility for 1 year after a transfer. All the BS stops immediately. These kids are jumping in the portal to shop for NIL deals. Without that, 90% of them are not in there. you might notice non of the bench warming walk ons are looking to transfer to gain a scholarship at a smaller school, this is almost all NIL related.

Why are all these LSU starters leaving? It must be for money. NCAA has got to do something about this. I would recommend putting the one year sit out rule back in.

What doesn't he see that's hopeful for the future of LSU or himself? To transfer because you've never seen the field and you want to play is one thing, but to hop from a starter is like jumping out of the lifeboat into a shark filled ocean. He'll have to rebuild the credibility he's built here hopefully. Maybe grades and/or immaturity.

There was no measurable drop off going from Ricks to McGlothern. He will play on Sundays. We do need to get up to full speed with NIL support. Next man up, though. LSU will always be LSU and having committed winners is essential to win. No one player define team. We gonna be alright!

There's more to this than accountability or grades or commitment. The influence of NIL is far greater than the vast majority of fans knows or wants to believe. The wide open pay to play practices without the representation of a quality agent, written contracts and the guidance of money hungry supporters of these inexperienced kids is like a free for all. It's much bigger than LSU. Every major program is dealing with it. Starters are doing it. Kids with existing NIL deals are doing it. UGA and Bama have players announcing today. Caleb Williams at OU, on and on. The NCAA, the conference commissioners, the legislators, they're all responsible for creating this mess and until they regulate it in some fashion, it will only get worse.

Hope all you guys are right assuming that CBK is screwing some of this stuff up. Time will tell.
