Ross Dellenger with The Advocate is reporting that senior LSU safety Jalen Mills will miss "atleast" six week after having surgery on his lower leg, which he injured last week during practice.

Mills will most likely be out until, at the earliest, Oct. 10th when LSU plays South Carolina, according to the report.

Mills, a senior starting safety, had surgery on his injured lower leg, coach Les Miles said on Tuesday. A source said the surgery pushes back the timeline for his return to “at least” six weeks, likely putting Mills available, at the earliest, for the Oct. 10 against South Carolina.

Mills needed a small rod inserted in the leg, a source said. Miles declined to go into details about the surgery of the timeframe for his return.

Damn this is a bummer. I really hope he has a speedy recover and gets back to full strength soon!

Sorry if you didn't understand what he meant. Read it again with a space between the "t" and the "l" in "atleast" and you might understand what he is trying to say.
