ESPN released post-signing day SEC defensive back rankings last week and pegged LSU at No. 4. Here is what they had to say:
quote:

4. LSU: The Tigers are always going to have a solid secondary, even in a year when they’re losing two first-round draft picks. Among Donte Jackson, Kevin Toliver II, Kristian Fulton and Saivion Smith, there’s more than enough talent at cornerback. The bigger question mark is at safety, where LSU might have turn to one of its newcomers to start next to John Battle.
Complete Rankings:
1. Alabama
2. Georgia
3. Florida
4. LSU
5. South Carolina
6. Kentucky
7. Auburn
8. Tennessee
9. Texas A&M
10. Arkansas
11. Vanderbilt
12. Ole Miss
13. Mississippi State
14. Missouri

That's some funny shite. Donte may not make the cut as starter. They didn't even look at depth charts and we killed once again in this class.

Alabama? What a surprise! Lol LSU does lose Jamal and Tre', but I have no worries with our secondary or Coach Aranda. DBU baby!

Alabama does return Minkah Fitzpatrick, for once they may have the best DB in the SEC. He had at least 5 picks last year. I don't know anything about Georgia DBs, but Florida should be lower than us. They lose 3 of their top 4 DBs from last year.

"The bigger question mark is at safety, where the tigers have literally 4 five star prospects, most of whom were the top ranked safeties in their classes" Seriously, ESPN fricking sucks.

What's wrong with that statement. The new guys are unproven. Hype doesn't make you a great player.

Hmmm...my spidey-sense (AKA, BS-detector) is tingling. DeShaun Watson vs. Bama: 36-57 for 420 yds, 3 TDs, 0 INTs. Lamar Jackson vs. LSU: 10-27 for 153 yds, 0 TDs ESPN, how about you just sit out the next couple of plays, if you know what I mean.

Say no more!!! ESPN I call you BullShite!! Any other position I may be fine with... But to say that any school has more talent than LSU in the secondary is the greatest B.S. article I've ever seen!! Alabama no.1 in the secondary?!?! What a total fuc$@ng joke

Well guys, it seems we will be finishing around middle of the pack in the west next year according to ESPN's rankings. Get the shirts ready.
