Amazing magazine worthy "California Cool" This one-year-old home is located on a corner lot in the prime area of The Settlement at Willow Grove. This open floor plan features lots of tall metal windows that allow for a vacation feel year round! The versatile entry hall flows into a multi purpose room (a living room, dining room, office, etc.) and opens out to the stunning cabana/courtyard, L-shaped pool, and outdoor kitchen. The very large keeping/kitchen has tall ceilings, huge quartzite island, grey stained cabinets to the ceiling, butler's pantry, wet bar, walk-in pantry, and a wall of windows with a fabulous view of the pool and courtyard. L for Les? L for Loss? L for LSU? L for left, his favorite toss dive? L for love of Cam Cameron? All of the above?

That is a tasteful home, but for $1.5 million I don't want to see any neighborhors. Much less have them on top of me.

I really don’t understand people that spend this much money on houses that are cramped in the city. I guess they do it just so they can say they live there while they’re taking selfies in their car

I wish more developers built what used to be called "zero lot line" or "patio" homes. My brother lives at an upscale BR development of them and it's a beautiful place. They are perfect for certain lifestyles.

Kinda makes me sad to see old lesticles pulling out of BR...glad he is having enough success to feel like he won't need to come back, though.

Went into his house when I was a cop. Freaking beautiful home but not like on the crazy side. Just smaller sized rich home if you know what I mean.

"1 year old house " damn, he was prob fired the weekend after he moved in that place.

Considering he was fired 2 years ago I’ll say your math level is near a kindergarten level. He bought this house after being fired to downsize and still lived in BR cause people love him there and he loves them. Now he is going to Kansas and that’s the answer to the reason of the sale.

Misleading title about the L shaped pool, I was thinking something Louisiana related. It’s just a pool that happens to be an L to fit the area it’s placed in.

Larry completely jumped the shark with that title.
