Talented LSU forward Trendon Watford was one of 20 players named to the 2021 Karl Malone Power Forward of the Year Award watch list this week.

The award recognizes the top power forwards in Division I men's college basketball.

Watford, a sophomore from Birmingham, Ala., started in 30 of 31 games last year, averaging 13.6 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game. He added 53 assists, 22 blocks and 27 steals during his true freshman season.
