Backup junior wide receiver Kevin Spears is the second LSU player to announced Tuesday that he will transfer to another school. Per NOLA.com:

Spears plans to join an FCS program, where he would be immediately eligible and could play another two seasons.
LSU sophomore Trey Quinn also announced Tuesday that he will transfer.

Spears appeared in three games in 2014 and nine in 2015, but never recorded a stat. He was a part of LSU 2013 recruiting class as a three-star prospect from Holy Cross High School in New Orleans.
