Per LSUSports.net: BATON ROUGE – LSU set the school record for overall draft picks, and tied the NFL mark for most draft picks through the first three rounds, with 10 as the Tigers had five more players selected on Friday night during rounds two and three of the draft.
The NFL Draft wraps up on Saturday when the final four rounds will take place.
After setting the school mark with five first round picks on Thursday night, the Tigers followed that with five more players selected on Friday.
All-America and Thorpe Award winner Grant Delpit was the first Tiger off the board on Friday, going in the second round (No. 44 overall) to the Cleveland Browns. Another member of the LSU secondary – Kristian Fulton – followed in the second round (No. 61 overall) by the Tennessee Titans.
LSU added three more players in the third round, including a pair of offensive linemen in All-America center Lloyd Cushenberry and All-America guard Damien Lewis. Lewis was picked No. 69 overall by the Seattle Seahawks, Cushenberry was taken 83rd by the Denver Broncos.
LSU broke the school mark, previously set in 2013 and 2014, when linebacker Jacob Phillips became the 10th Tiger taken, going No. 97 overall to the Cleveland Browns.
