LSU coach Les Miles addressed the media on Friday to give team updates and talk about the Tigers first scrimmage of fall camp, which will be this Saturday night in Tiger Stadium.

According to Miles, the scrimmage was originally slated to start at 11:15am but after consulting with the team sleep doctor, it will now begin at 7pm to give the team more rest and better nutrition.

The scrimmage will be 100 plays with 50 snaps going to the first string and 50 for the second. LSU sophomore quarterback Brandon Harris will get the starting snaps with the first string but junior Anthony Jennings will get some work with the first team as well.

Coach Miles said that linebacker Lamar Louis will still be in a green "no-contact" jersey for the scrimmage as he recovers from pec strain injury but expects him to be at full speed on Saturday.

Live tackling is expected in the scrimmage.
