According to multiple sources, LSU running back Logan Diggs has entered his name into the NCAA Transfer portal.

Diggs, a junior from Boutte, La. (Rummel), transferred to LSU from Notre Dame last offseason. He played in ten games this season with eight starts and led LSU running backs in yards (653) and touchdowns (7).

He had one carry in LSU's 35-31 win over Wisconsin before leaving with an injury. An upper-body injury kept him out of the Florida and Georgia State games.

Crap, I liked watching him. He had that Hester thing where he was guaranteed 2-3 yards, always fell forward, and gave 100% and didn't showboat. Just did his job well.

We’re loaded at RB but this surprises me. I liked Diggs and I thought he did a nice job here

Damn. Really liked this guy. Most consistent we had throughout the year and always seemed to be a guy who fell forward and never lost yards. Loved that

10 month free agent deals is college football now. Can’t get excited over recruits anymore. They no longer have passion for anything but cash money. Tradition, State Pride, Legacy? They don’t care.

I’m not sure what some of you guys are upset about. Yes, we have a lot of transfers. However, we’re also going to bring in over 30 new players. We have over 90 scholarship players even accounting for the guys who are probably going pro. There is going to have to be further attrition for us to get down to our number.

Diggs is a marginal NFL prospect. His best chance to earn some money is to go somewhere where he can get a good NL deal next year. We are loaded at running back, this will have minimal effect on us going forward.

Good luck to him and Heard. They are both players, we could’ve used next year, but they are also players at positions of significant death.

Diggs was very solid and seems like a great kid. Not hating on him in the least bit, but Kaleb looks special.

Kaleb pops off the screen. Vision, cuts AND run you over power. Can’t wait

He played in ten games this season with eight starts and was LSU's leading rusher with 653 yards and seven touchdowns.
……

Uh, no, he wasn’t LSU’s leading rusher this season

still the leading rusher in the RB room. with Nuss being a pocket passer, I think Diggs is making a mistake here.

I think he read the writing on the wall because Kaleb’s a beast. Better to keep him and Holly , Durham with Williams coming back.

Makes no sense unless he’s hoping for a pay day elsewhere

Maybe we should just swap with Ole Piss? We'll throw in a couple sacks of crawfish and call it good.

Damn hate this. You could tell he was just a great kid and he he played fantastic on the dish’s with good vision and ran with power. He was still going to be the starter next year but we have a lot of guys that deserve carries. Don’t be surprised if he goes to Ole Miss to replace Judkins and have a huge tear for them. Wish him all the luck except when he plays us of course. He should have just gone to the draft IMO since RB has a short life span in the league and he showed he can be a player. Reminds me of Ty Davis-Price but just a few lbs lighter.

A surprise to me, given the fact that he was the featured back this year outside of his injuries. We are deep and getting deeper in that running back room and maybe he did not see enough playing time in his future. Good luck.
