LSU OL K.J. Malone On Replacing Jerald Hawkins: "My Heart Was Pounding"

Backup sophomore offensive lineman K.J. Malone replaced Jerald Hawkins who suffered an ankle injury during the Arkansas game and said that his "heart was pounding" when he found out he was going into the game.
Malone said that he received some words of encouragement from fellow offensive linemen Garret Brumfield and Jevonte Domond which helped ease the jitters.
