That's complete and total BS if the Head Coach allows the Head Equipment Manager to actually stock that many different styles of shoes and allow the players to just pick out what they want. Can't believe they'll stock that many styles in different sizes. How about a 'Unified Team Concept" where everybody wears the same style of shoe or maybe pick from 2 or 3 styles maximum. This is just another example of the HC promoting the "Individual" and not the "Team" if this is so.....................
