LSU defensive tackle Breiden Fehoko took to Twitter on Monday night to let undecided recruits know that when it comes to food, there's no better place than LSU.

Couldn't agree more.

Best food in the world is in South Louisiana.

Corndogs is what I picture being deep fried at an Alabama tailgate. Is that where you've been getting so many? The shite is nasty if you have taste buds more developed than an 8yr old

Holy shite you are stupid.

Anybody that doesn't know that Louisiana has the best food in the entire south obviously hasn't ever eaten South Louisiana food. That's why the corn dog nickname is so silly and stupid. If all the things to make fun of LSU, food is the very last.

Listen baw the end result of all this corndog stuff is that I've had an opportunity to eat a hell of a lot more corndogs. Corndogs are goddamn delicious, and I'd like to meet the liar who says otherwise.

Been to Hawaii 3 times and my daughter was struggling to find something that she liked on the menu and the waitress asked her what she normally orders. To which she answered: Crawfish, gumbo, fried chicken & rice and gravy! The waitress asked her where she was from. She answered “The State with the best food in the world: Louisiana!” The waitress agreed and said “Yeah, we can’t compete with that!”

Not sure why you got down votes Lexman... but I appreciated the story.

Anyone that downvoted your post is jealous of delicious Louisiana cuisine. GEAUX TIGERS!!!

Nothing like a good ole 'cajun stir fry' #andouville/smoke boudin, browned up crispy together in 2" links, in an iron skillet.......Slap Ya Mamma Good!!!

Yeah I’m in Richmond and can’t wait to go home for the holidays tomorrow.

Moved back to Richmond almost 2 months ago, and already miss the food. Along with South LA winter.

We need a LSU connection pipeline with Hawaii. It’s a perfect fit. Samoans would love LSU
Reply40 months
Get to work on that Cajun poi.

That would be awesome! Definitely a perfect fit.

LSU would get a lot of recruits if that were to happen

I hope that you guys aren't missing the fact that a guy from Hawaii is claiming that the best seafood comes from right here!

Haiwaians love themselves some good food almost as much as Cajuns.

It's all that SPAM

And it's even better bc instead of a HC, we have a shrimp boat captain who can cook. Laissez les bons temps rouler!

It's amazing to me, the amount of current and former players that are actively recruiting for LSU. Like Fehoko here, or OBJ at the aTm game, and Weathersby during his post game interview at the same game. Player endorsements may have never been more common than they are now. I don't know why, but I like it. Reel these recruits in and help establish a new SECW dynasty.

And CL18 also

I wish he would have said where he got it from

Dude speaks the truth. LSU can't be beat when it comes to two things: food and tailgating.

The young man hasn't played a down for us yet and he is my new favorite player !!!!!

Much better than the Tex-Mex and "BBQ" they boast about to the West.
Reply40 months
"to the west" we have all of it - fresh Gulf seafood, BBQ and Tex-Mex/Mexican, and much more. There's more to the world than boiled crayfish.

When you call them “crayfish”, you automatically lose credibility

Cajun food is ok if you like overseasoned food.
