LSU has completed its 2017 non-conference schedule by adding FCS opponent UT-Chattanooga, according to The Advocate.

LSU will host Chattanooga on Sept. 9, when it was originally scheduled to play Syracuse. The Tigers will now play Syracuse on Sept. 23. The Tigers will open SEC play that season on Sept. 16. LSU opens the 2017 season with BYU in a neutral site season opener in Houston before meeting Chattanooga.
The Tigers will pay Chattanooga a $500,000 guarantee for the game, according to the game contract obtained from LSU.

Here is the complete list of opponents LSU will face in 2017:

Non-Conference:
vs. BYU (season opener in Houston)

vs. Syracuse
vs. Troy

SEC In-Division:

That's actually not to bad of a schedule. Of course we would all rather BYU in Tiger Stadium, but all considering thats a decent non-conference slate plus with the conference home games we get that year.
