Former LSU offensive tackle La'el Collins is one of six former Tigers at the 2015 NFL Scouting Combine this week in Indianapolis, IN.

During his first day at the Combine, Collins was asked about the success that some of his former teammates had this past season as rookies in the NFL and what it means to him:
quote:

"It's the program," Collins said. "Everything that we do down at LSU definitely prepares you for this."

"If you look around the NFL, almost on every team you see an LSU guy and they are stepping up to the plate contributing to their team."

"Being able to see guys like Jeremy Hill, Trai Turner, Odell Beckham, Jarvis Landry... all make big impacts on their teams.... I feel like I'm just the next guy to do it."

""BEING ABLE SEE GUYS like Jeremy Hill, Trai Turner, Odell Beckham, Jarvis Landry... all make big impacts on their teams.... I feel like I'm just the next guy to do it.""- Don't make him sound stupid when he isn't. He clearly said, "Being able TO see guys". Racist.
