Having Joe Namath in a QB's top five makes sense. Namath did what everyone in the football world said he couldn't do. He not only predicted that he would do it, but he also guaranteed that he would do it. That is swagger on steroids. I can see Namath as one of Joe's top five.

I hate to pick apart JB9s list but Joe Namath isn’t close enuf to even see the other 4 on that list! I’m always amazed when ANYBODY that knows football mentions Namath as a great QB, he was Average at best & doesn’t have the half the stats or accomplishments of the other 4, not to mention about 20 other QBs in NFL History! 50% Comp% 173 TD 220 Ints Pass Rate: 65.5

This is his top 5, which means he doesn’t have to know every QB since football started, just the ones he knows

Marino is in mine. So many mention Brees because of records. Now go look at Marino's numbers at a time when no other QB could come close because defenses were still allowed to play.

There should be a * beside Brees, Brady and Manning because of the era they played in with the defensive rules changes.

Pretty sure they asked for Joe Burrow's top 5. So, we're looking at them.

I can almost guarantee that Joe Namath is on this list because he guaranteed a super bowl victory as one if the biggest underdogs in the history of the NFL and then backed it up.

and his teammates had nothing to do with that win?

It's the attitude. Cocky, and backed it up on the biggest stage.

It’s Montana, Manning, Brady, Elway and Rodgers. No doubt about it.

Lol you gotta be kidding. Any top 5 list that does not list Brees, the top passer of all time, is stupid.

Who are you bumping for Brees then?

The Media slobbers all over AR & routinely leaves Brees out of the discussion despite the fact that completed 983 more passes on 1,072 more attempts, comp rate of 69.5% to 64.9%, 8,625 yards & 40 more TD’s in the decade! Brees has done it better consistently for more years than Rodgers! So u tell me which QB shld be taken out?

Heading said "Here's Joe Burrow's Top-5 Quarterbacks Of All-Time". What do you not understand about that? Top-5 or favorite 5? Same thing if you have any sense at all.

Replace Namath with Bradshaw if hardware matters.

Bradshaw is overrated

Bradshaw played when they still let you blow up the QB 3 seconds after the whistle. He is a geezer now, but he was tough as a railroad spike back then.

Namath is the most overrated QB in MFL History!
