The bottomline is that Miles played well enough for us to win in week 1, but we did not win. Could he have done better, sure, even Joe had games last season that he himself said he could have played better and made more plays. We just have to keep it going week to week at this point. Everyone in the SEC west has a loss except for Bama.

“Myles” absolutely did play well enough in the first game but even he would tell you that he looked timid and scared most of that game. Now I do not believe he actually is but I DO believe that he was nervous as hell, let the pressure get to him and froze. Which also isn’t good but can be fixed.

Yep, Coach Pelini should be embarrassed as how easily MSU was stopped by Arky simply by playing a zone defense.

Miles will end up being one of the greatest QB LSU has ever had ---hopefully starting a QB tradition here at LSU. LSU has needed great QB forever. I sometimes wondered why a collage like TCU/UCLA/Memphis... could find gun slinging QB but LSU could not....Time to for a new LSU ..AN LSU that 5* QB RECRUITS want to be asked to play for.

You can thank one person for LSU's lack of QB's in the past. He is now coaching in the little 12.

If we can keep a tradition of having a qb in the system for at least 3 years, and 2 of those years starting, we'll be on a good path for continued success.
