While speaking with reporters on Thursday, head coach Brian Kelly said that five-star freshman offensive lineman Lance Heard will get some starting snaps at right tackle on Saturday vs. Grambling.

To make room for Heard, current starting right tackle Emery Jones would slide to right guard.

This is why you absolutely must sign multiple 5* players in each class to compete at the level Kelly wants. They tend to be ready to contribute.
