Former LSU offensive lineman Trai Turner has signed a one-year deal with the New Orleans Saints.

The New Orleans native played High School football at St. Augustine and then went on to Baton Rouge to play for the Tigers from 2011-2013.

The Carolina Panthers drafted Turner in the 3rd round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He spent last season with the Washington Commanders.

Turner now joins former Tigers Tyrann Mathieu and Foster Moreau on the Saints roster.

It must feel great to grow up in New Orleans and come back to play for the Saints. I am sure he dreamed of this when he was young.
