Former LSU cornerback Laterrance Welch announced that he has committed to Arizona State, which is moving to the Big 12 next season.

The Lafayette, La. native appeared in 13 games his freshman year and nine games this past season, mainly on special teams.

I honestly thought he was the best CB we had last season, or at least he had plays that demonstrated the highest potential. He got beat on a couple of perfect throws. Hate to see him leave.

31 Tiger, who does your cryptic comment “Typical with that crowd and today’s culcha” pertain to? Do Nabers, Thomas, and Daniels fit into that crowd and that culcha? That crowd means the same as “those people” to the average person.
