Florida State linebacker Amari Gainer will likely be out for Sunday's game vs. LSU after suffering a lower-leg injury against Duquesne last week, head coach Mike Norvell revealed on Tuesday.

Gainer entered the season as FSU’s active career leader in tackles with 193. He was a reserve on Saturday and figures to be in a rotational role through the season, with his highest value coming as a near-line-of-scrimmage linebacker in subsets when FSU goes to its 4-3 personnel.
