Florida defensive lineman Jonathan Bullard was asked this week about LSU running back Leonard Fournette and had this to say, according to CBS Sports:
quote:

"He's the best back in the league," Bullard says. "We're just gonna have to rally to the ball and tackle him. He's nothing that we can't stop, but we do have to rally to the ball because he's an excellent athlete."
Fournette has rushed for 1022 yards and 12 touchdowns through 5 games this season.

LSU is ranked No. 3 nationally in rushing offense, averaging 346.4 yards per game with 18 total touchdowns on the ground.

Florida is ranked No. 12 nationally in rushing defense, allowing 99.2 yards per game.

Johnathan Bullard's response to the question was with class. He showed that he and his teammates respects Fournette's ability as a great running back

This is going to be a great battle. But like usual, LSU and their running game will end up on top.

Take this crap down, the kid did not say anything newsworthy. In fact, what he said is the absolutely correct answer for that question.

This is seriously fishing for beef. Nothing wrong with his quote... do you expect him to just say ya were gonna roll over and let him run for 300 yards.
