ESPN College Football analysts Joey Galloway and Jesse Palmer unveiled their top five teams after the completion of week 8 and Galloway didn't even include LSU in his list, which is crazy.
His top five was:
1. Alabama
2. Clemson
3. Notre Dame
4. Texas
5. Michigan
Palmer had LSU at No. 4 in his list behind Alabama, Clemson, and Notre Dame.

Palmer: "I can't ignore LSU's resume at this point in the season now beating Miami, Auburn, and then Georgia and now Mississippi State. Their defense is lights outs. Something to watch for though, their best player on defense; Devin White... targeting penalty against Mississippi State in the 4th quarter. He's going to miss the first half of their game against Alabama in two weeks. Keep your eye on that."
Galloway: "I like LSU but that resume is starting to fall apart a little bit with Auburn not looking like the team we thought they would be."
