Can LSU find a quarterback?

It's the question that has been looming over LSU Football for the past several years.

On Thursday, head coach Ed Orgeron joined ESPN's 104.5 FM’s "Off The Bench" radio show and commented on the QB play heading into Spring Practice and what fans can expect out of LSU's offense under new OC Steve Ensminger.

Saban is a secondary coach so I guess he can't talk about his qbs either, right?

I would like to see us throw the ball less deep (meaning well schemed routes :) ) more often, instead of just run, run, go route. They did incorporate more short game at the end of the season, maybe because they were starting to trust Danny more. idk

Makes me a little nervous that he “thinks it’ll finally happen”. Not too long ago he made it seem like Brennan was ready and waiting.

"Not too long ago he made it seem like Brennan was ready and waiting." When did he say that?

What? Canada wanted to play Brennan, Corch Eaux wanted Etling

I meant he was getting ready then, to be ready now. “I think” doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence.

Maybe we should call him Coach Cliche henceforth.

That's O's plan. "HEY BRENNAN, STEP UP." That's what $3.5m a year buys you.

"we'll run out of SOME spread sets...we'll attack north and south, throw it deep...be multiple and not tied to anything". Sounds like the same shite! Spread is all about spreading a defense out. Sideline to sideline, wide open. Saying we'll go north & south and throw deep, is exactly what we did last year to a tune of a very poor offense. Sounds like we'll continue to be in deep shite until he is gone.

I’ll believe it when I see it. Miles said the same thing year in, year out.
