Ed Orgeron Responds To The Testimony From Superdome Security Guard On Derrius Guice

Head coach Ed Orgeron joined 104.5 ESPN's "Off The Bench" Tuesday morning and was asked about the testimony on last Friday from Superdome security guard Gloria Scott who alleged Orgeron rejected her request to punish former LSU running back Derrius Guice after he allegedly sexually harassed her.

This is much ado about nothing. Guice said something inappropriate and I don't doubt he said it. Guice is an a-hole but what he said is probably not even the worst thing this woman has heard in her life time.

I feel bad for the lady but to demand that Guice be sat out is really none of her concern. That’s a big problem I have with the whole story. Regardless of who she talked to, it’s none of her business what happens to the other side. Total Karen move.

Didn't she say at first, she didn't talk to Ed O and then subsequently say she did talk to Ed O. Hence, which one is it? Personally, I don't think she even remembers or knows who she talked to.

Here is the thing about the woman saying she spoke to CEO. CEO has zero reason to lie about speaking to her. If he did in fact speak to her and decided not to sit Guice, that is all he would need to say. "Yes, I spoke to her and decided against sitting Guice because......blah blah blah". It is clear she spoke to someone at LSU about Guice, that in the Husch Blackwell report, just does not make sense that it was CEO.

I worked part time at the super dome when I was in college and her story has holes in it. First off players do not hang out after college games outside the superdome they immediately get on the bus and travel back to their schools and how you want people to believe that you got in touch with the head football coach and just wanted a bowl suspension? Sorry I call B.S.

did she say she definitely spoke to Orgeron? The last thing is saw was she spoke to an LSU coach (presumably Orgeron) - ain't easy to hide that gravely voice.

She and her daughter where on speakerphone and said they spoke to Coach O and that good Cajun frog voice is unmistakable. They said Coach O had Guice with him and he wanted to apologize. She said she did not want to speak with Guice But she expected Coach O to punish him in the same way that she would punish one of her grandsons. She would make him sit out a game because she knows that’s important to him and that punishment might make a difference.

Considering how much a Snake Orgeron is I'm going with the lady on this one. They'll never prove it but you know this guy knew about it. Just look at his circle of people around him tells you all you need to know. Ponam is a con artists, he makes sure to get Thomas back here who's another snack, etc. Hell, Orgeron himself twisted a knife in Miles.
