Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports
LSU star linebacker Devin White will be replaced by sophomore Patrick Queen or freshman Micah Baskerville at the rover position during the first half vs. Alabama, according to head coach Ed Orgeron.
Orgeron spoke on the SEC Coaches Teleconference Wednesday and said that middle linebacker Jacob Phillips will handle the defensive calls until White returns in the second half.
Queen, a native of Livonia, LA, has played in seven games this year for the Tigers and has 13 tackles on the season.
Baskerville started the Florida game in place of Phillips who was out with an injury and led the team with 11 tackles vs. the Gators.
