Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports
LSU star junior linebacker Devin White sent out the following tweet on Tuesday about how the Tigers (10-3 and ranked No. 6 in the final AP Top 25) surpassed all preseason predictions, some which had the team finishing 6-6 and talked about how the future is bright for LSU.

The only thing missing from White's tweet was whether or not he will return to LSU for his senior season or enter the 2019 NFL Draft.

Governor White please stay but really no wrong decision also you are and have been fantastic. I would have a hard time leaving myself but that’s just me but if you have to have money know I get it. You will always be a Tiger...staaaaay. Not that I’m trying to sway your choice.

“We” did this and “we” did that, but future of where “LSUFootball” is going instead of where “we” are going. He gone. I don’t blame him a bit, but that word choice says it.

Can anybody think of a player with this amount of hype/skill/impact that came back for his senior year? I can't think of any myself, just wanted to hear y'alls input.

He's a thoughtful young man. He is taking him time to weigh the pros and cons of his decision., He's a great Tiger. Selfishly I would love to see him stay but he should do what he feels is best for his future. Either way I think we, as Tiger fans, should celebrate that his effort, dedication and excellence.

LSU finished 10 & 3, but if LSU hadn't lost K'lavon Chaisson, Ingram and Taylor, and the two tight ends this past season, LSU would have finished at least 11 & 1. So those negatigers and Coach O haters can all go to hell as far as I'm concerned. As Coach O is definitely bringing LSU back to an elite status football program. Indeed, he is exactly what the doctored ordered.

100% space cowboy. Coach O saved LSU football. Miles had this team On a downward spiral for his last three years

Isn't this where the Negas come in and call him a loser because of his satisfaction with a 9 and 3 regular season?

Ignorance at its best. Schedule, loss of several key players, new QB, lack of elite RB for first time n a looooong time. To win 10 was one hell of an accomplishment

Hey I wouldn't be mad if you took this opportunity to go make some money White but the fans also wouldn't be mad if you came back for one more year to set this thing up for good. If all you did was come back to help lead and coach these guys while getting your degree and maybe playing in the games LSU needs your presence or if you had to play in all of them. The fans love you for being determined to make this program and school a better place and for just being who you are man! Most of us have followed this team since we were tasting beer for the first time from our crazy uncles while they listened to LSU on radio in the 80's or further back then spitting it out. I still don't like beer because of that moment I believe. LSU has come a long way since those times and we've seen some ups and downs. If you come back, sit with those LBs, DBs, and DLman. Show them what you know. Y'all keep learning together and show these guys how to play with passion, toughness and determination. There's a reason people hit the ground when you tackle them and it's not all brute strength. It's that determination. When you tackle someone you know they going down because you make damn sure of it. That's how I played and I was never this huge human being. Come back and let's make this program top notch, where it belongs. Help us to do what Clemson did last night and show the world that Bama is just another team of boys like everyone else. Go Tigers!!

The guy knows what he is doing. Its not like something magical is going to just get set off in his mind and tell him the right decision between now and next Monday.

Clearly his hear is telling him to stay but his head might be telling him to go. Either decision he makes will be the right one. GL Devin you are one hell of a player.

Devin White has never been the type to play games. I’m surprised he would publish a tweet like this and not announce
