Mike Huguenin with NFL.com put LSU No. 1 on his list of College football's best game-day atmosphere. Here is what he had to say:
quote:

1. LSU
Home venue: Tiger Stadium (102,231)

Skinny: Night games in Baton Rouge are like a trip into a surrealistic hell for opposing teams. Night games allow LSU's ardent fans to get -- ahem -- well-oiled, and they are loud. The pregame food choices are ample. Just walk around the tailgates and take in the sights and sounds; and you're going to be offered excellent food and an adult beverage or two ... or four or five. In that scenario, it helps if you like bourbon. Truth be told, you might be offered an adult beverage in the stands, too. (And in that scenario, it definitely helps if you like bourbon.)
You can see the complete list here.

Food is great, atmosphere perfect for football, and the smell of bourbon in the air, but all true tigers know...alcoholic beverages are not allowed in tiger stadium..lol

"LSU is exactly where it needs to be".

Yep.

We've got great rankings on:

Recruiting
Game Day Atmosphere
Stadium Likeability

Miles Just need to tie that into more than 8.5 wins, which is what the Vegas over/under win total is for 2015.

He's got the tools, as well as prior know-how.....it just needs to happen on the field, instead of Ole Miss and Arky getting a foothold.
