Here are a few updates from LSU's practice on Tuesday, August 13:

LSU running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire and cornerback Kristian Fulton were both missing from practice on Tuesday after participating in Monday's session.

Offensive lineman Saahdiq Charles, Damien Lewis, and Chasen Hines were all absent on Tuesday.

Both safety Grant Delpit and outside linebacker K’Lavon Chaisson remain absent and have not practiced since early on in camp.

Can we stop reading into this? Maybe they are being held back for precautions, maybe they are being overworked, maybe they have the flu, maybe they have a blister. Its just not worth all this nonsense, until we hear otherwise assume its all part of the process.

Injury reports are for clicks and followers in a digital age of media / social media reporting.

These daily reports of who is not at practice are stupid. It is normal to have players out during Summer workouts. It is responsible to hold players out if they have a ding here or there and hold out players for a for a day or two. It doesn't mean anyone is seriously hurt.

This is getting ridiculous. I know for a fact the old coach was hated for his overly long practices and putting players at risk for injury and that was one of the things CEO wanted to change. SO, WTF is going on? This is crazy.

So, what's the purpose of these injury reports during camp? I don't ever remember seeing them when Les was running the show? Injuries happen every camp! They'll break camp very soon and all the focus will be on Ga. Southern. Drama Queens!!!

Seems like they are not letting any ody participate with even the slightest of injuries. O knows the first game of the season is a lot easier to handle than what we're used to, so being overly cautious is a good thing right now.

It looks like they may be doing an every other day practice deal for some of the less serious injuries. I think it's becoming apparent that the injuries to grant and kc18 are the most serious. O already said that hes hoping to get delpit back next week. Unsure on kc

At some point you have to wonder if this a result of poor off season conditioning or the coaches needing to pull back a bit on the physicality in camp. Either way, this many injuries before the season is a negative.
