Former LSU passing game coordinator Joe Brady was officially announced as the new offensive coordinator for the Carolina Panthers on Thursday morning.

CHARLOTTE – The LSU offense transformed into an unstoppable juggernaut in 2019 as the Tigers won the national championship in emphatic fashion.

And Joe Brady – the man who helped engineer that transformation – is coming to Carolina to work under new head coach Matt Rhule as the Panthers' offensive coordinator.

The 30-year-old Brady just completed a wildly successful first and only season as passing game coordinator/wide receivers coach at LSU. He won the Broyles award, given annually to the top assistant coach in college football. Now he's the youngest active offensive coordinator in the NFL.

Trade Cam , put Kyle Allen in that offense with the best all purpose back in the entire NFL they could very well wreak havoc in the NFC south ,Cam Newton would at least bring a 1& 2 in trade , or how bout they package Came with some picks and Cinncy bites and gives up the number 1 overall and Carolina moves up to that spot and drafts Burrow ? Hmmm I don't know if I like either of those scenerios as N.O saints fan but its gonna be interesting

The biggest jump in a college/NFL coaching career that I can think of and it may not be over ,this could be just part of the jump ,what if he just happens to turn Cam Newton into 65% or better passer and Cam wins another MVP and Carolina makes a run to a Superbowl or deep run in the playoff a couple times ? How fast you think an owner would offer him a head coaching job ,I mean if a guy can get fired at Texas Tech and then land the Arizona Cardinals then I don't see why not .

If we learned nothing else, we learned this: Make the WR's catch 10,000 balls each in the offseason. It helps, alot. Will we actually continue his system? Remains to be seen.
