Cal running back graduate transfer Tre Watson announced Sunday night that he will visit LSU on April 27th. Per SECCountry.com:
quote:

Watson, a 5-foot-11, 205-pound California native, was heavily recruited by West Coast and Pac-12 programs coming out of Centennial (Calif.) High School back in 2014. He chose the Bears over fellow in-state option UCLA.

Watson appeared in 37 games for Cal, starting in eight. Through his first three seasons, he amassed 1,297 yards and 8 touchdowns in addition to 348 yards and 5 touchdowns receiving. Watson played in only two contests as a senior last season before suffering a knee injury that cost him most of 2017. The NCAA granted him an extra year of eligibility.

These Tigers will have a blitzing defense and a sir air offense. Might be undefeated hosting Bama

Can we have their QB too?

Bring him in and let him compete. Worst case, we are keeping him off someone else’s roster.

Every story focused on Cal should be accompanied by a pic of Allison Stokke.

How do you recruit a guy who has only been in a spread formation, if you don't know what kind of style your offense will be?

You being a USC fan and bitching about this? Why do you care?

Most overrated team in college football? That team would most definitely come from out West where a team like USC wins 1 NC and claims to be a dynasty. Lol.

Couldn't hurt and hey I like these grad transfers. It's like a junior sticking around for his senior year. He would be a nice complement to CEH. I think they know they have a good one in Clyde but with Curry being so young this guy could add some physicality and smarts to our back field. I wouldn't mind if LSU did this every year as long as they're a serious talent. We could probably add another CB next year or a couple of JUCO AA's. I like these additions myself. GT

Too bad Harold Joiner didn't want to come to LSU.

If they can add him depth is a fine thing to have.

You have depth. There are five backs on the roster.

Yes...you have five, all with very little experience..and they are still recruiting. This tells me they are not completely confident in the 5 they have.

So according to you Chris Curry and Tae Provens who both have numerous SEC and other major offers at RB are "fails"? It is far more likely that you are one of the bashers on this board and have an agenda to whine and bitch no matter what occurs.

Yeah. You go get grad transfers to remedy the situation. The shame of it all.

When CNS was building depth at MSU LSU and UA he did it with JUCO transfers.
