ESPN is reporting that the Atlanta Falcons have signed former LSU running back Michael Ford who played for the Tigers from 2009-2012
quote:

Michael Ford, formerly with the Chicago Bears, signed a two-year, minimum-salary deal on Friday. The 5-foot-10-inch, 216-pound Ford has some elusive ability and can catch the ball out of the backfield. The Bears also used him in the return game during the 2013 season. Ford last was with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League.
Ford signed with the Chicago Bears after going undrafted in the 2013 NFL Draft.

He will add to the Falcons running back depth chart with Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman both nursing hamstring injuries.

I wish the Saints would sign some former TIGERS. Especially on the defensive side. Maybe they won't be last in Defense. Ugh hard to watch at times!

Hate when the Falcons sign a former tiger. I will secretly pull for him.
