Athlon Sports Bowl Projections Has LSU Playing Big 12 Opponent

Athlon Sports recently published their bowl predictions for the 2018 season and have LSU playing TCU in the Texas Bowl.
The Texas Bowl is played at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas on Thursday, December 27.
LSU's overall record against TCU is 6-2-1 with the last meeting happening in Arlington, TX to open up the 2013 season. The Tigers won that game 37-27.
Here is Athlon Sports predicted for the College Football Playoff:
College Football Playoff Orange Bowl: Georgia vs. Clemson
CFP Cotton Bowl: Alabama vs. Ohio State
CFP Championship: Alabama vs. Clemson
