Nobody from USC really believes they were the national champions.

Oklahoma was the ones that didn't deserve to be there. They had just lost their conference championship. USC was just scared to play LSU. USC or OU, it wasn't going to matter. LSU was gonna take care of business! USC was just smart enough to get out of the way!
