During his weekly radio show, LSU head coach Les Miles talked about the constant juggling act of managing game preparation during the season but also keeping his foot on the gas when it comes to recruiting.

Miles gave his audience an example Wednesday on how he handles both. Per NOLA.com:
quote:

"Tonight, I head back to the office and make recruiting calls and get in touch with guys that would expect to hear from me tonight — approximately five or so," Miles said. "And I will watch the practice that we finished tonight at about 5:30, while I'm talking to the recruits.

"It's an ambitious schedule, but that's what you do, and you have to do it that way, because, frankly, you want to be in touch with your prospects, and you want them to be able to get you. And I hate it when I miss a phone call from a prospect, so it's just the way it is. It's college football today."
LSU's 2016 recruiting class is currently ranked No. 2 in the country behind Ohio State, according to 247 Sports, ESPN, and Rivals.

He needs to tweak a few things. Mainly figure out how to keep recruits on campus.
