The 6-3, 175-pound prospect from Jackson, MS (Provine) is rated the No. 11 wide receiver in the country and the No. 1 overall player from the state of Mississippi for the class of 2021, according to Rivals.

The Tigers now have two verbal commitments for the class of 2021 with the addition of Smith.
