Missouri head coach Cuonzo Martin spoke to the media this week and was asked about LSU's comeback win last Saturday in Columbia.

Martin, as you can guess is not going to forget that loss for a long time. Per STLToday.com:
quote:

“I think this’ll be part of me probably until they put me in a casket,” he said Tuesday. “Not that I’ll be sitting there thinking about it every day. I don’t know if this is a good thing, but I’ve managed to remember those tough losses as opposed to the big wins, for whatever reason.”

It’s not that serious. Life ain’t that bad after a loss is it. In reality it’s only a game.

Jeez... it was a regular season basketball game. Dude needs to lighten up just a tad.

It happens. Shyte, we were ahead of Kentucky at the half by 35 in either '93 or '94, and wound up losing. It's part of the game. Everyone has signature wins and everyone has totally shyte losses. That's why the game is actually played. Martin is a good coach. No reason for him to feel down.

Up 58-27 at halftime and somehow not only managed to lose, but get blown out.

It's not really part of the game if you have to go back that far for comparison

Up by 31. I was at that game. Brilliant coaching by Pitino. I wanted to throw up.

Geist's flops while dribbling are pathetic.

He can take it to his casket if he so chooses. I'm just glad he took it up the arse first.

The great ones almost don’t even acknowledge the bad losses. It’s like a great cornerback._you have to have a short memory.

Cuonzo Martin is a good guy. That said, I am still glad the LSU players stepped up and beat Missouri.

He may be a good guy but no one is ever sad to see him leave their school. Tennessee fans hated him.
