In case you missed over the weekend, former LSU star and current Houston Astros infielder Alex Bregman got his first MLB hit after starting 0-for-18 in the big leagues.

Bregman hit a single off of Detroit pitcher Mike Pelfrey and received a hug from two-time MVP Miguel Cabrera at first base.
