Per LSUSports.net: NEW ORLEANS, La. – Leftfielder Richard Carthon lined a game-winning RBI single in the bottom of the 11th inning Tuesday night to lift Tulane to a 3-2 win over fourth-ranked LSU at Turchin Stadium.
The loss ended LSU’s six-game win streak over Tulane. The Green Wave defeated LSU for the first time since May 18, 2010, also at Turchin Stadium.
